NetRail's NOC currently has ticket 636 open for an outage at MAE-West.  At least one NSP (SprintLink) continues to route traffic into the black hole of NetRail at MAE-West (the two also peer at AADS and other spots.)  An equipment swap is needed to repair the equipment in question.  Time required is unknown.  This has been a day-long outage thus far.  They claim to still be working the issue/ticket.
