downloading old nanog real stream

i have to re-give a talk i gave a year ago in sf. i want to download the video stream so i can listen to it on the transpac flight. how the heck do i dl a stream from the nanog site? http://nanog.org/mtg-0405/real/wedgies.ram leads to rtsp://realmedia.merit.edu/nanog/n31/nanog31-wedgies.rm and i dead-end there. randy
