Yahoo mail / DNS admin on the list?

Having an intermittent issue where Yahoo's mail-servers keep complaining about not finding MX records for a small handful of customers (and always the same customers.) Tried submitting a ticket through the postmaster web-site but haven't gotten any response. Could someone contact me off-list? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! - bryan
