McLeodUSA Fiber cut in Chicago, IL

One of our OC-3's went into path AIS at 2:55pm CDT today. McLeodUSA reports they have a cut fiber in the Chicago area. The repair crew has been on site since 5pm CDT, but they didn't give me an ETR. /cvk
