Hey folks, Sorry for the late notice about this. I'm working with Val to update the agenda and send out a note for pickleball. I found 3 indoor locations: 1. Atlanta Pickleball Center <https://www.atlanta-pickleball.com/> 2. Painted Pickle <https://paintedpickle.com/> 3. Ace Pickleball Club <https://www.acepickleballclub.com/> I recommend that we go with option 1: Atlanta Pickleball Center <https://www.atlanta-pickleball.com/> There are no court fees for the reservation, but they charge by the hour for each person. Prices start at $12 per person per hour, and there is a sliding scale for discounts depending on the size of the group. For Sunday, I booked 2 courts for 3 PM. I can cancel up until 9 AM that day, so I hope to see enough interest to justify the booking. They open at 8 am during the weekdays, and they don't expect that I will need to book the courts ahead of time. However, there is a corporate event on Monday, so only Tue & Wed are available. This club is 3.9 miles away from the conference hotel, and takes about 14 min to drive there. I recommend signing up in the Court Reserve app <https://courtreserve.com/mobile-app/>, and then sign up as a guest member for the Atlanta Pickleball Center (club link for app <https://app.courtreserve.com/Online/Portal/Index/8777>). You'll need to enter your contact info and sign a waiver online. Painted Pickle <https://paintedpickle.com/> (option 2) is also about 15 minutes away. But they don't open until 9 am on weekdays. (NANOG sessions start at 10 am, but there are breakfast events that start at 9 am) Ace Pickleball Club <https://www.acepickleballclub.com/> (option 3) opens at 6 am! But it is far away (30 min drive) and expensive ($45/person/day). No court bookings available unless you're a member, but 6-7 am should not be a problem. Louie

Hey, anyone staying at the Hilton Atlanta <https://maps.app.goo.gl/SojCP2TGzrgkhSd88> across the street from Marriott? Gilanne found 2 rooftop courts there. She also found an outdoor court at Grant Park <https://maps.app.goo.gl/kqK29nztA8bY95V28> about 10 min away. I'm okay playing outdoors if others are also. I'm working with Val to update the agenda and send out a note for pickleball.
I found 3 indoor locations:
1. Atlanta Pickleball Center <https://www.atlanta-pickleball.com/> 2. Painted Pickle <https://paintedpickle.com/> 3. Ace Pickleball Club <https://www.acepickleballclub.com/>
I recommend that we go with option 1: Atlanta Pickleball Center <https://www.atlanta-pickleball.com/> There are no court fees for the reservation, but they charge by the hour for each person.
(NANOG sessions start at 10 am, but there are breakfast events that start at 9 am)
Ace Pickleball Club <https://www.acepickleballclub.com/> (option 3) opens at 6 am! But it is far away (30 min drive) and expensive ($45/person/day). No court bookings available unless you're a member, but 6-7 am should not be a problem.

Great, Steven!!!
Folks,
I got a conference attendee to give me a copy of his Hilton room key so I plan to check out the Hilton courts on early Sunday morning.
Our 3 pm reservation on Sunday afternoon at the Atlanta Pickleball Center indoor club is for 2 courts. I will cancel 1 of the 2 courts by 9 am unless we have 8 or more players coming.

Hey Louie;
Sign me up! I’ll play wherever.
The rooftop would be different and we can probably play earlier with no travel issues to deal with.

You don't often get email from louie@louie.net. Learn why this is important <https://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification>
