Welcome to NANOG 71, at the Fairmont San Jose hotel. We are expecting strong attendance with 1,149 individuals registered, and you are one of the 314 attendees to indicate they are attending a NANOG meeting for the first time. We are happy to have you join us!

Monday Newcomers Lunch
The Newcomers Lunch, sponsored by BICS, will be held at 12:00 p.m. in the Regency 2 Ballroom (2nd Level - Main Building) on October 2nd. This lunch is held especially for our newcomers to meet veteran NANOG colleagues and to become more familiar with NANOG meetings and traditions – we encourage you to attend! Each lunch table will be hosted by a NANOG Mentor(s) who will provide an overview of a typical NANOG meeting. The lunch will provide Newcomers an opportunity to discuss NANOG, network with NANOG leadership (past and present), and with each other. Simply stated, it is a time for NANOG networking and finding answers to any questions you may have.
