Clarafication: 04/07/92 NSS 9 College Park AS 86 unreachable 21:06 - 00:11 This affected only AS 86, the SURA Net regional networks. Also, Sura Net is backed up on the T3 backbone.

Please send a futher clarification to NSR indicating that the TWBnet was affected by this outage. Our Fix-East peer 192.80.214.247 was down for over two hours. Our EGP session at Fix-West provided backup connectivity between the TWB, and NSFnets, but this outage did not "(affect) only AS 86." Sean
