I have simulated the 3 scenario with SB13 ios and found a weird problem whenever the PE is using SB13 with default route towards the internet and customers are coming on to the same PE in that case customers were not able to access internet services. After chaging the ios to 12.4 15T1 it everything works fine. I posted the test results on my blog.
