Just to clarify, the purpose of this scheduled maintenance is to reboot the CNSS73 node at the Atlanta MCI POP in order to clear a "black link" condition on the link to neighbor C72. This is the kind of problem that will be eliminated once the RS/960 deployment is complete. Mark
