I have an ongoing abuse complaint that's not getting any traction and I'd like to see if I can't get some help with it. I happen to publish a web serial and a site has been scraping me for 2 months and I've been filing DMCAs for 2 months. I've filed multiple DMCA requests. Other than the autoresponder there's been silence. The site has no monetization options. No ads, nothing to buy. It's only source of funding seems to be the vast XML that it publishes which means its likely harvesting everything for AI training data as an "arms lenght aggregator". The site in question has an EXTENSIVE history on Lumen. I filed another DMCA yesterday and didn't even get the autoresponder this time. What's going on at CloudFlare? -- Thanks, Jimi
Not to be seen as overreacting, but why you would bring it here and not in court? Should immediately solve your problem.
