so packetviz occasionally tells me that a roa has been created or deleted for prefix 2001:470:3f7::/48 pointing to one of our ASs, 4128. that ip space has published roas for all sorts of ASs over time. i figure it is one of those strange research folk doing some sort of rpki experiment. and i have no problem with them pointing to our AS. near as i can tell, that is hurricane space. but how the heck do i figure out who it is at a more granular level of that /48? even if i picked apart the rpki asn.1 (puke) i would not get an email addy. randy

But then Mapquest has a Sereon Services LLC at that address - which looks like a family home rather than an office property. And a listed phone number. https://www.mapquest.com/us/pennsylvania/sereon-services-llc-409072022 Might try your luck and ask them what they think they’re doing.
