Here is Memphis we are seeing the same thing. Twice this morning we have dropped and our BGP is freaking out.

Anyone else seeing routing instability through UUNET or have any more details? I saw a significant drop in my inbound and outbound traffic to them around 10:00AM EDT. UUNET has a prompt on their phone menus about network instability, but didn't elaborate. Their NOC doesn't have any more details as of yet that they're passing along.

Was UU running Outlook on their core routers? With Juniper I suppose it's possible... :) -- Richard A Steenbergen <ras@e-gerbil.net> http://www.e-gerbil.net/ras PGP Key ID: 0x138EA177 (67 29 D7 BC E8 18 3E DA B2 46 B3 D8 14 36 FE B6)
