Google 2FA - probably limited to Google Workspace (GSuites)

We've been having issues with 2FA (or Google's 2SV) doing calls or texts since at least 3PM Eastern today. The chat support has said it's been an issue for hours at that point. No updates in the tickets. No useful information. Of course no ETA (understandable - it's not often we know when it'll be fixed until it is fixed). What is very frustrating is the lack of an outage announcement - https://www.google.com/appsstatus/dashboard/ The error is a not useful "Something went wrong. Try again."
