Bob Aiken announced a mailing distribution list at the NSF for information (& discussions?) about the backbone recompetition. Send a request to recompete-request@cise.nsf.gov or recompete-request@nsf.gov. A copy of the announcement of the availabiltiy of the IINREN inplementation plan was sent to that list.
