I m looking for anyone from PRTC (Puerto Rico Telecom) being able to tell me if there are knowns 'voice' routing problems from Puerto Rico to Switzerland.... People there always get 'quick busy tone' when they try to call any number in Switzerland.... Thanks, Pascal
