I'm guessing someone fat-fingered their AS prepend policy and instead of "6259 6259" they have "6259 6295". Gotta love that route preference manipulation flexibility of BGP! Interesting timing, considering kc just sent a message to the IRTF-RR list a few days ago discussing another occurrence of this... -danny
