I think the 44net portal could occupy a similar space. https://portal.ampr.org/ They have made a source code release earlier this year. https://git.ampr.org/ardc/44net-portal I have been working with this to try to set up an instance, and I can give some pointers about rough edges (the upstream developers are also interested in feedback). They have some documentation, including a slightly out-of-date recipe for deployment, at https://git.ampr.org/ardc/44net-portal/-/tree/main/docs?ref_type=heads (I'm thinking about that because I'm actually about to make a PR to fix some out-of-date stuff in the deployment instructions.) So far there's only one known running instance of that project.
