Shouldn't be reading press releases, but.. I'm having a hard time reconciling an ISP owned exchange that claims to continue to be neutral. Interested in hearing what imapct other operators see on this exchange. Sanjay. PS. I'm a happy PAIX customer and a happy above.net peer. No gripes.
