Then I wish them fun with the crap they use. You get what you pay for and cheap home user hardware is not intended for business needs. If they use it anyway, their fault. As I already told you (I still have doubt you understand it), they don't get redundancy with that, but believe they get. I've seen crap network solutions and met people who had to investigate issues with them in companies. It is a PITA and if they want it, they deserve it.
