AS4755 does not do ROV. AS6453 does but only for peers, not downstream side yet.
these years, this seems ill-advised. back in the day, when we had less experience with rov, it might have been reasonably conservative; "they're paying me to accept." imiho, today it would seem to fall into a similar class as not in as-set: etc. but i gather opinions vary. randy
