Same here. When work is done at 9th and Rockwell, behind my building, you will often see lots of markings in the middle of the road - generally, it'll be either AT&T, MFS or Ameritech's cabling being marked at that particular intersection.

At our location, it's Ameritech, Ameritel, Williams, Winstar, ICG, DIGEX/Intermedia, Prism, Time Warner, C&W, Worldcom, Nextlink and of course EnterZone and CMH-IX. We live in telco heaven though. I can throw a rock and hit all of the above from the roof of our NOC.
