Other than pending patents and a cool name Secure BGP, you still have the fundamental problem. Garbage In, Garbage Out. The only difference is now you have Secure Garbage(tm). There is a problem that needs to be solved. But like the whole micro-payments, SET, etc thing; if the solution is more complicated and more expensive than the alternatives; it won't get used no matter how "secure" it is.
