Perhaps consider publishing an RFC 8805-style Geofeed -- many providers are moving to this model for ip geolocation.

Hello,
I am looking for a contact at Sling TV. I operate a small WISP that was given an ARIN IPv4 allocation last year and have been slowing rolling out the new IP allocations to my customers (mostly residential with some business). When trying to access Sling.com, there is an HTTP error when visiting from any IPv4 address in the new IP allocation. I added the allocation to various Geo IP location databases online that I could find last year. I have rDNS setup for the new IP allocation. This appears to be the only website that my customers cannot access. My customer cannot find any phone number to call Sling to inform them of the issue. Thank you.
