UDP traffic levels

Hi, Could anyone tell me what is the level of UDP traffic on the internet? and among UDP traffic, which percentage is not responsive to congestion (i.e. classic UDP without including responsive flows to congestion such as QUIC and RTP)? Thanks, Djamel
