Experience with McLeodUSA

I am looking into a point-to-point DS3 from McLeodUSA in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and was wondering what type of experience anyone on the list has had with them? Customer service, billing, response to issues, etc. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Richard
