Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel their reservations 48hours prior to their arrival to receive a full refund of their deposit. Any reservation canceled after 48 priors to arrival will forfeit a fee of one night's room and tax.
BEWARE: Anyone contacting individuals and representing itself as NANOG’s housing vendor is fraudulent. NANOG does not work with anyone to make hotel reservations on your behalf.

Safety + Travel: Your health and safety is very important to us and NANOG is ready to host everyone safely in Austin. We will require that everyone attending NANOG 84 be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no later than January 31, 2022. You are considered fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks after the final dose in either a 2 dose vaccine series (Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca) or the single dose series (Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen) vaccine. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not fully vaccinated and we request that you join us for NANOG 84 virtually. There will be no exceptions.
