Warning: Facebook AC -> USB adaptor
Plugged in the FB wall wart to charge the MRV battery, didn't have a USB cable or anything plugged in, just inserted wall wart into wall in bathroom here in hotel. POOOOOOOOOOOOOOF!! FWIW, I've used the FB adapter to recharge an iPhone several times (basically since I got it) w/o incident. Just a second datapoint.
