Hello NANOG 93 Attendees,
Welcome to NANOG 93! The conference will take place February 3-5, 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia. Below is the information you will need to know to participate.
Agenda + Time Zone
The NANOG 93 Agenda is available on the NANOG website. You can also download the agenda to your local electronic calendar via an .ics file when you are signed in with your NANOG Profile. Be sure to click the heart on the talks you would like to add to your personal calendar. If you wish to attend the IPv6 Clinic on Sunday, or either of the Workshops on Tuesday and Wednesday, please be sure to sign-up using the links in the abstract on the agenda.
***Please note that the agenda is set in the eastern time zone. If you would like to change the time zone, you can do so at the top right hand side of the agenda.
Arrivals + Check-in
Meeting registration and badge pickup will be located in the Atrium ballroom foyer, and will be open during the below hours. In addition, puzzles and board games will be available in the ballroom foyer after hours for those that would like to network.
Escalator Repair: Please be aware the front escalators of the Hotel from the Marquis Level (hotel entrance) to the Atrium Level (NANOG meeting space) will be inoperative while we are in Atlanta. You have the option of using either the back escalators to the Atrium level, or the stairs from the Marquis Level. Attendees staying at the hotel may take the elevators directly to the Marquis and Atrium levels.

Meeting Appointment Tool: Attendees wishing to schedule a meeting with others at NANOG 93 may do so via the NANOG Meeting Appointment Tool. Attendees who are available for meetings will have a calendar symbol on the Attendee List. Simply click on the calendar icon to start the process. You can change your availability for meetings in your NANOG Profile.
Webcast / Chat Platform / Discord: The webcast link will be live streaming starting on Monday, February 3, at 9:45 am EST. Included with the webcast is our chat platform for general discussion, speaker questions, and technical help. The chat platform is monitored by Program Committee Members. Additionally we have an unofficial NANOG Discord server (https://discord.nanog.org) where you can discuss all things NANOG 93, plus keep the conversation going between conferences.
