Welcome to NANOG 68, sponsored by CyrusOne, at the Fairmont Dallas Hotel.  We are expecting strong attendance, with 1,012 individuals registered for the meeting as of this email.  Based on our registration data, 324 people have indicated they are attending a NANOG meeting for the first time.  Of those attending, 261 are also NANOG Members.


Agenda

We provide a mobile app for the conference via Guidebook. The app is compatible with iOS and Android devices.  Once the app is installed, select “Download Guides” at the bottom and search for “NANOG 68”.  There are a number of features in Guidebook this meeting.  You can download all or only some of the agenda items that you want, find a map of the hotel meeting venue, search nearby restaurants, connect to social media sites, and you can even take the General and Daily Presentation survey right from your mobile device!

Meeting Check-in

Meeting registration is in the Regency Foyer (Banquet Level) of the hotel. When you arrive at the meeting, please check-in at the NANOG Registration Desk to pick up your name badge, NANOG 68 T-shirt, giveaways and important handouts.  


The registration desk will be open during the following hours:

• Sunday 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Monday - Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Membership and Sponsorship Information

Beginning on Monday afternoon, staff will be available during breaks in the Regency Foyer near the Registration area to answer your Membership and Sponsorship questions.  If you become a NANOG Member during the conference, be sure to stop by Registration and pick up your premium drink tickets for the Tuesday night Beer n’ Gear.  Also as NANOG Members, be sure to sign-up for an Individual Photo Session with the NANOG Photographer.
