[Attendee] Partial power outage at PHX

There is a PSA that keeps repeating every few minutes at PHX saying they are experiencing a partial power outage. The only thing that seems affected at the moment is the restrooms are pretty dark, but it might be worth keeping an eye on delays if they do lose more power. -Scott
